RHYGUAN flatbed screen printing machine is wholly developed in house and patented. The machine is equipped with high end tension-controlled unwinding and winding servo, Germany BST and E+L guiding system, rotary die or pressing die, laser positioning stamping unit, screen printing unit, flexo printing (full rotary, semi rotary), which all units is integrated into a machine. The machine is easy to operate, have great adaptability, high production efficiency, and the die is interchangeable.

Unwind and compensation
Unwinding and compensation system are both servos driven, it includes 76mm automatic air expanding unwind mandrel, roll end braking mechanism, variable tension control and automatic compensation mechanism. Maximum linear unwind capacity is up to 700m or 1000m.

Flexo printer
Client can choose between semi rotary mode and full rotary according to the material fed. Flex printer includes independently controlled servo, fountain, anilox, plate and impression rolls. As for drying mechanism, there are hot air drying or IR/UV curing, both which can be easily installed. Impression roll linear length range from 50mm to 457mm, the width of coating is 320mm. The unit can be used for cold foil or spot varnishing.

Semi rotary/ full rotary cutting
The unit use independently controlled servo and marks register sensor for precise positioning, the linear length for semi rotary cutting range from 50mm till 380mm. Cylinder die of different sizes are available for purchase.

Flat bed die cutter with hot stamping
Independent, servo driven high-speed cutter for adhesive paper, laser hologram marks.

Hot foil feeding/ deliver system
Hot foil stamping features low cost and easy to operate. The unit has independently controlled servo for different speed between hot foil stamping and cutting machine to minimize waste. Maximum hot stamping area is up to 300mm*300mm.

For spot varnishing and screen printing.

Slitter
Circular razor, straight blades are available for purchase, they can be adjusted and setup easily. The male and female blade for shear cutting can be install or adjust easily. We will supply six complete sets of blades.
